Methodology Compass is an evolving prototype. Its fit scores use transparent experimental weights based on nine context factors. Methodology Guru data is not connected, and outputs may change as the model is validated.

Appropriate use

• Use results to structure conversations, compare assumptions, and explore possible operating models.
• Review recommendations with the people who understand the team, product, risks, and organizational constraints.
• Validate component choices before using them in consequential delivery, compliance, safety, employment, procurement, or financial decisions.

No guarantee

Scores are fit indices, not probabilities or guarantees of project success. The beta is provided as-is and may contain incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable recommendations.

Feedback

Feedback is optional and may be used to improve the model and product. Do not submit confidential information, personal data, or material you are not authorized to share.
